After my mother passed, I was weighed down with guilt. The world seemed heavy, and I didn’t want to numb it with pills. I needed something else, something real. That’s when I discovered emotional release techniques, and they changed everything.
It wasn’t long after that I had the idea for my art collection. It started with a simple phrase: "financial cushion." A phrase that made me think of comfort and safety. I realized these cushions could carry more than just comfort—they could hold emotions, too.
I began crafting phrases that allowed people to release what they were holding in. "Punch me" is sharp and direct, with long, aggressive lines that demand release. "Financial cushion" is soft, round, and comforting, embodying security. "Napflix" feels dreamlike, inviting relaxation and escape. And "Scream here" is messy and loud, urging you to let it all out.
Each piece was designed with intention. It’s not just about the words, but the texture, the colors, the feeling of it all. I wanted to help others do what I did—work through their emotions, not hide them away. And I wanted to do it in a way that’s mindful of our planet.
These cushions aren’t just art. They’re tools, reminders that it’s okay to feel. It’s okay to release. And you don’t have to do it alone.
